All knives are handmade. All blades are constructed from 440C high carbon chromium stainless steel,
hot rolled and annealed with Rockwell "C" hardness of 58 or the finest carbon steel from Solingen, Germany.
Damascus steel is available in random pattern, twist patterns or ladder patterns. These blades are hand forged
from 510 layer damascus steel compromised of 1075 and 15N20 (1075 with 2% nickel content) forged, annealed. Flat ground, hardened
and tempered in oil. Double tempered, surface ground, flat ground, hardened and tempered oil. Double tempered, surface ground,
flat ground, polished, etched in acid, final polished, sharpened and oiled.
Mosaic pins are available as follows.
1/8" Mozaic pins are constructed of, 1/8th" Brass tube with (3) 1/32" brass rods and (3) 1/32"
nickel silver rods.
1/4" Mozaic pins are constructed of, 1/4" Brass tube with (6) 1/16th" brass rod and (6) 1/32"
nickel silver rods,
3/16" Mozaic pins are constructed of, 3/16" Brass tube with (4) 1/32" brass rods and (5) 1/32"
nickel silver rods.
Other configurations are available.
All pins and guards are constructed of #360 solid yellow brass or nickel silver.
Handles are genuine deer or elk antler or exotic woods. All sheaths are constructed from genuine saddle grade leather with
guilded rivets and snaps.
